ORDER TERMS:
By placing an order with Apollo Performance Vehicles Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms & conditions:
1. Commitment to Purchase
By signing or submitting an order form, you commit to purchasing the specified vehicle and any additional goods or services at the agreed price. This order constitutes a binding contract. Once preparation or administrative work has commenced, cancellation may not be possible, except as permitted by law. Ownership of the vehicle remains with Apollo Performance Vehicles Ltd until full cleared payment has been received.
2. Inspection & Condition
You acknowledge that you have had a full opportunity to inspect and test the vehicle and are satisfied with its overall condition, including its cosmetic and mechanical state. You also confirm you have reviewed all relevant documentation, such as service history, HPI report & MOT records. If you order the vehicle without viewing it in person, you confirm that a full and honest disclosure of its condition was provided before you placed the order.
3. Payment, Collection & Delivery
- Full payment via bank transfer is required on collection or at least one calendar day before delivery.
- The vehicle must be collected within 7 calendar days from the date it becomes available.
- A storage fee of £30 per week will apply for uncollected vehicles beyond this period.
- Apollo Performance Vehicles Ltd is not liable for damage, loss, or defects occurring during third-party transportation.
4. Statutory Rights & Returns
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
If you exercise any statutory right to reject or return the vehicle, the following conditions apply:
- You are responsible for returning the vehicle to Apollo Performance Vehicles Ltd at your own expense.
- If the vehicle has been driven more than 250 miles since purchase, an excess mileage charge of £0.45 per mile applies.
- If distance selling regulations apply, you may cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery. After this period, cancellation rights expire unless otherwise agreed.
SALES INVOICE TERMS:
By purchasing a vehicle from Apollo Performance Vehicles Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms & conditions:

PURCHASE INVOICE TERMS:
By accepting payment from Apollo Performance Vehicles Ltd, the Seller acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Seller Confirmation
The Seller confirms they are the legal owner of the vehicle or have full authority to sell it, and that the vehicle is free of any outstanding finance agreements, legal disputes, liens, or claims by third parties, unless such matters have been explicitly disclosed in writing prior to the sale.
2. Vehicle Ownership & Title Transfer
Ownership of the vehicle shall transfer to Apollo Performance Vehicles Ltd only upon full and cleared payment and the Seller's provision of all required documentation, including but not limited to the V5C logbook, complete service history, and valid MOT certificates where applicable. If any undisclosed encumbrances or issues arise after purchase, the Seller remains liable.
3. Vehicle Condition & Inspection
The Seller confirms that all information provided regarding the vehicle, including mileage, condition, accident history, and service records, is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Apollo Performance Vehicles Ltd reserves the right to seek a price adjustment, compensation, or cancel the transaction if any material misrepresentation or omission is discovered.
4. Payment Terms
Payment will be made via bank transfer upon satisfactory inspection of the vehicle and receipt of all necessary documents. Apollo Performance Vehicles Ltd is not liable for any bank charges or delays in processing payments beyond its control.
5. Liability & Indemnity
The Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Apollo Performance Vehicles Ltd from and against any and all claims, fines, penalties, charges, or legal disputes arising from the vehicle’s use or condition prior to the date of sale.
6. Returns & Disputes
Once the purchase is completed and ownership is transferred, the sale is final. Apollo Performance Vehicles Ltd reserves the right to dispute the transaction and may seek remedies including, but not limited to, financial compensation or the return of the vehicle at the Seller’s expense if the vehicle is materially misrepresented.
7. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior communications or representations.
